At German Body Engineering, the core of our workouts is done using flex bands. The great thing about the bands is that it allows your body to work with the most tension at the peak of each movement (where you want the most weight), while being fluid enough to incorporate a great range of movement unlike using your traditional weight lifting machines. We work with clients from all different kinds of backgrounds, and the bands have been incredibly effective in getting the right workout for everyone in class.
To elaborate a bit more on that point, our program is specifically catered to fit the needs of each of our clients. We deal regularly with clients with history of injuries/special athletic backgrounds (dancers, athletes, etc.) and so we take it very seriously to make sure that each person is getting the individual attention that they need, and more importantly, that they are getting the personalized workout that they need to most effectively gain results and ultimately reach their goals.
